CHARACTERS PORTFOLIO
On this page, you can learn information about my characters.
You don't need them, Chuy. As long as you have me. I am your only true friend, after all.
Main Characters:
Characters with major roles in my story or that appear a lot in media.
The Harbingers

Very slapstick-esque, chaotic, and always love to reference internet jokes, slangs, and media, The Harbingers are one of a kind. Consisting of Bob the whack-o and leader of the group, Phil the charming and polite, Bill the curious and impulsive, Dill the "serious" and infuriated, and Will the wise and enthusiastic. They were once beings that belonged to a species of imaginary friends that bide across the world of the collective consciousness and beyond. They were "chosen" to be with a child that they immediately developed to love and take care of when he was just a baby. Before, they lacked physical forms and took the appearance of floating spirits that were deep inside the mind of the child. One day, however, they would gain physical forms that were based on the monsters from the SCP-087-B game, specifically, Bob, Phill, and Bill, as they were the first ones. And then, as of 2022, Dill and Will gained physical forms of the monsters from the extended edition mod of SCP-087-B.In terms of power, they all possess reality-bending abilities that are in the manner of a slapstick cartoon character.
Larry

Larry is a large, built figure with immense strength of power. On one side, he likes to show himself as a wise, intimidating, and stern person. On the other hand, he is also shown to be a dramatic, laid-back, and overall caring bear with a big heart. Larry likes to spend most of his time with friends and looks out for them from danger, especially when it comes to younger individuals — viewing himself as a father figure or older brother. Many of his friends view him as a humble giant.Larry wears a mask that acts as his face, as underneath he lacks an actual one. The mask he wears is based on the Facebook angry emoji and can also, at times, change expression and appearance (if he feels like it, lol).Larry possesses an immense strength that is on par with Superman, the Hulk, and even Roadkill himself. Incidentally, he is also rivals with Roadkill, as they like to compete with each other in duals and challenges.
Roadkill

Roadkill is an automaton fueled with one thing: rage. He is a machine with anger issues with a bloodthirsty agenda. While angry, he's also a bit of an introvert, as he likes to be alone to discipline himself with his anger or just to have some privacy. Roadkill isn't much of a talker, only making grunts and groans.Roadkill is rivals with Larry, frequently getting into fights with him for the sake of testing his strength. Despite this, both show each other levels of respect, especially with Larry, with Roadkill grudgingly showing some levels of respect.Roadkill's origin is unknown as of now, as he was first discovered in an empty desert alone by the Harbingers.
El Cucuy

Origin currently unknown. It was first sighted in the late 1800s by tribes and pilgrims. El Cucuy got his title based on the urban legend of the same name from Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries (alternatively known as Cuco, Coco, Coca, or Coco Man). El Cucuy is normally a docile creature, typically spending most of the time observing spectacles and people out of curiosity. It rarely ever makes sound and can quickly appear and disappear without making any. El Cucuy is also shown to be intelligent and can solve puzzles in under a minute. It always keeps a blank 'derpy' expression, and rarely ever changes it unless it is threatened, stressed, or angered; the pupils would shrink, and its entire mouth would unhinge wide open, like a muppet's mouth. Normally, it is strong, agile, and quick. But in these states, it can help enhance it. The entire mouth and teeth appear to be bioluminescent, including the eyes and even his skeleton; this reveal happened when he was shot by heavy artillery. Its body is shown to absorb any light source, and with this, it can perfectly camouflage itself in darker areas. Although the eyes can give away his location, he can also seemingly turn them off. Another thing that can also give him away is the constant low-deep rumbling sound he emits. This is among the only things he can vocalize.El Cucuy doesn't mind being alone, unless he is ever in a relationship with somebody. Speaking of which, he is friends with the Harbingers, but is also close with Larry and Roadkill. He also has a relative of his own.
Bu'i

Bu'i is much like El Cucuy with a few differences (the major one being that he is very short, of course, lol). Bu'i is impatient, impulsive, and an overall airhead. He is also loud and energetic when it comes to opponents, acting like a child with a bad temper. Regardless, he is friendly, albeit brash. He isn't as intelligent as El Cucuy, but is quite strong as him.
Rasgal

Rasgal is a cheeky young girl who likes to get in all sorts of mischief, merely out of entertainment.
Carmen

Carmen is a clone of Chuy who was created by a cult known as "The Creed". Carmen herself is a friendly but shy individual who represents Chuy's whimsical side. She is sometimes oblivious to her surroundings and can be nervous in some circumstances. Nevertheless, she is overall a kind person who likes to spend time with friends. She is described as caring and loving to some people.Carmen was mainly created for the sole purpose of being the Creed's deadly weapon, but they weren't satisfied with how she turned out; she was viewed as a bumbling idiot by many of the members, especially by her creator, who would constantly insult her. When she was locked away to be "fixed", she managed to escape her confinement and was transported to Earth through a gateway, where she was found by an elderly woman in a forest who took care of her as a mother figure.Carmen grew up isolated from the world, in fear of being known by the public that she's not human by her adoptive mom. When she was in the process of learning her abilities, she learned how to take on the disguise of a more human-like version of herself.
Khyrmin

Khyrmin is another clone of Chuy made by the cult, whom they deem a successor. He is a brash and blunt replica of Chuy, representing his angry side. Furthermore, he is an introvert and doesn't like interactions that much. He is very scornful of his opponents, especially towards his original, as he was brainwashed into hating him. Unbeknownst to him, he isn't aware that he and his hatred for Chuy are fake. Additionally, he views Carmen as trash at everything and needs to be fixed.Much like Chuy and Carmen, he is a Unit, meaning he is strong, if not stronger than them. On top of that, he is an expert at hand-to-hand combat, to be expected since he was raised by the cult and fights rather vigorously. However, Khyrmin suffers from issues of his own: he suffers from the existential crisis of being a lonesome copy, not being true to the original, upon learning that he is nothing more than a dislikeable clone of Chuy and likes to think that he is the superior one out of cope. He sometimes wishes he had more purpose after he was somehow convinced by Carmen to change. Khyrmin, at times, would question whether or not to leave the cult and grow to be a better person. But this would further cause him to be brainwashed by them, adding more fuel to the fire. What's more, he was willing to kill everyone around them out of anger, thinking if he doesn't have a past, then nobody can have a future. Sometime in the future, he would abandon the cult and isolate himself from everyone else.
Engans

Engans are an ethnicity of human-like aliens that are native to the world of Génesi. They existed long before any other species were born into the universe. Engans primarily consist of humanoids with one large eye and elf-like ears. Much like humans, they vary in different skin colors, heights, weights, appearances, cognitive abilities, and immunities. They all speak what is described as an ancient Greek language, and are even capable of speaking English and Spanish.Génesi itself is populated by abundant grassland, mountains, and forests, with strange wildlife inhabiting these locations. Génesi has many nations of its own, with their own beliefs and agendas. Some of these nations were accustomed to wars and battles with other nations to control Génesi for their ideologies. Owing to this, a few other nations stepped in to protect each other from succumbing to greed and power, not to plunge their world into chaos. Even with this, many nations sought it was for the better if other nations followed their own reliance for the greater good of their empire. Among one of these nations, considered one of the first, called Yorn, created an international council known as "The White Orders" to maintain peace and address global problems.Engans have hierarchy classes of magic users, engineers, blacksmiths, assassins, warriors, dukes, kings, queens, etc.
Workstation Vida:
Characters that were created by Workstation Vida or are associated it.
SAM

SAM is among the first AI machines that were created by Workstation Vida. SAM himself is a generous automaton that loves to explore and learn. SAM can also provide facts and research to help others in need.He was among the most well-liked by workers, especially with his creator, whom SAM adores like a father. One day, however, his creator and the rest of the workers who contributed to Workstation Vida have vanished. This led SAM to a frenzy, and he decided that it was his job to find out what happened and to manage the foundation's legacy.Sometime in the future, he was found by the Harbingers.
4SYDE

4Syde appears to be a humanoid entity made entirely out of an obsidian glass-like texture that was created "unintentionally" by the company. 4Syde was a collection of AI that escaped from their digital confinement inside a computer, and through a bizarre formation, was created. Because of this, 4Syde likes to gloat about how they were able to escape from the gods, i.e., the researchers, who kept them in their world.4Syde repeatedly suffers from a delusion that they view humans as deities that must be slain for their crimes against 4Syde's people and that 4Syde themselves must be the new messiah, which causes them to attack the researchers. 4Syde can deliver a taser-like shock on touch that causes living organisms to have a bit of a seizure; this also causes the person's skin to start "flashing" the same type of glass texture 4Syde has.4Syde is triumphant, egotistical, a bit of a narcissist, and also intelligent. They view the other machines as inferior to them, but other than this, they like to explore their surroundings out of curiosity and to learn to become a "newer god". Where they dawn with this "becoming a new god" mindset, lies with the fact that they were interested in religion, specifically with Christianity, and that they are a messiah-like figure for their people, still trapped in the digital world where they came from. This is because of the researchers who fed this information to the A.I. hive mind of 4Syde.4Syde goes by He/They pronouns.

LeechbBob & Starrick

LeechBob and Starrick were once organisms of extraterrestrial origin that arrived in a concealed location in Russia; it was described as a "major disturbance of presence" in the area. This disturbance caught the attention of a private organization known as the Red Bastion, who are dedicated to studying the supernatural. The Red Bastion sought to capture them to study and harvest the two and find out about their original whereabouts.Hours after their arrival, the two organisms were captured and brought deep into the organization's facility. The two organisms, throughout the time, were seemingly docile and did not show signs of hostility upon their capture. Their appearances were described as "shifting plant-like things" that looked like they came from the bottom of the ocean. Once brought in, they were studied. During one of the studies, they were shown screenings that displayed Earth's cultures. Through each of these screenings, one caught their attention: a known popular cartoon show from America called SpongeBob SquarePants. It was unknown as to why they were fascinated with this particular show, but following this, the organisms started to "react violently", causing the containment chamber's lights to start flickering and the power going out for a bit. Once brought back online, both have taken the forms of SpongeBob and his friend Patrick. They began to behave like the characters and were also speaking vocally in distorted "gurgling" voices. With this newfound transformation, personnel began to ask questions about them, with only one of them replying as, "I'm LeechBob". The other, on the other hand, said the phrase, "I'm Starrick". Following this, they began to laugh. Both of them can shapeshift, have electrokenesis, are telepathic, and are also telekinetic.
Smogmen

The Smogmen are a race of tall humanoids with lamps for their heads. They are sighted everywhere in Ireland, where they are mainly encountered. They are most often spotted in foggy areas, such as plains and forests, and on rare occasions in towns at night. It was an enigma as to why they exist and what their purposes were. Because of the existence of Smogmen and their unnatural nature, many hunters and pirates sought to capture them as trophies, but with little to no success due to their abilities.Smogmen can travel through fogs and can act similarly to portals, allowing them to appear in another location with fog. Smogmen are also physically strong and durable, able to withstand basic firearms and sharp objects. Furthermore, they can telepathically communicate with each other and with people; they were described as whispers that lodge into their minds.Smogmen act as guides to those who are lost and are viewed as some sort of "luck" when encountered. They are also implied by people to lead lost souls to the afterlife. They were believed to have started appearing after Saint Patrick himself was born, making them pivotal to the celebration of Saint Patrick's Day. Many rumors started that the Smogmen were the ones that were speaking to the saint in his head in a dream he had, where he was believed to be God's, and must return to his own country. It's unclear if this is true or not.
Pineapple Paora

Paora is now a retired kupua who lives in an isolated location in one of the many Polynesian islands. Paora was seen as a mythical, heroic legend in Hawaiian mythology who fought many monsters and creatures throughout his lifetime. He was also a known trickster to many people and liked to gloat about his many victories as a way to inspire people.Paora is laid-back and clownish and likes collecting artifacts during his spare time. Despite being viewed as goofy by other people, and sometimes even a fool, he has a deep-rooted responsibility to protect humanity from any harm that comes after failing to protect the death of his creators. He was created when a group of kupuans wanted to test their abilities, during which they gave life to a single pineapple that would now be called Paora.
Mio Sato

Mio is a cyborg and a researcher for a secret institution in Japan that is dedicated to studying advanced cybernetics. Through an accident that severely damaged almost her entire body, she underwent a procedure by the company to help her become something more advanced. She is ranked as the secret agent and secretary for the company to help them spy on enemies.Mio is stern and rarely ever smiles, as she generally takes things seriously and is often critical of others. She doesn't really participate in social gathering events, unless it is deemed important by her higher-ups. Although a bit emotionless and cold, she has a soft spot for everything but can never express these feelings, being that she sees them as weaknesses. At least that's what she was told. Despite this, she would sometimes, in secret, express her emotions freely when she didn't feel paranoid about others observing her.Mio doesn't exactly remember her past. When asked, she brushes it off as something irrelevant. Still and all, she can never truly dismiss it, leading her to become conscious of her origin and possibly the true nature of her organization. For all of her loyalty to her superiors, she is never seen as anything but a weapon and a tool.
